Because we all need a good gut healthy meal that's easy to make while keeping you fueled!

Two years ago, I started incorporating overnight oats into my breakfast line up and I honestly haven't looked back. This breakfast is easy to make. It's versatile. It's also packed with vitamins, minerals, and a ton of protein (keeps you feeling full for longer). I have tried so many variations of this simple breakfast but I always go back to the one that got me hooked. Tried + true, I really wanted to share this with you guys! Enjoy!
