My one and only beautiful baby boy! Happy birthday, son!
Seven years ago today, our Liam came into this world—a little ball of energy, joy, and sweetness wrapped into one. And just like that, our boy is now SEVEN!
Liam is a lot of things—a builder, a dreamer, the best hugger, a ballplayer, a superhero in the making. He loves Legos and could spend hours creating, stacking, and bringing his wild imagination to life, brick by brick. He loves superheroes and is always ready to jump into action, whether he’s racing around the house in a cape or debating which hero has the coolest powers. Spider-Man officially has the longest STAN in this house, as Liam has adored all things Spider-Man since he was just two years old. It's pretty great!
But the thing about Liam? He’s got the biggest heart.
He gives the absolute sweetest compliments—those little words of kindness that make you stop and feel truly seen. He loves hugs, the kind that wraps you up and makes you forget about everything else for a moment. And even though he’s growing up and finding his own independence, he still has this gentle, loving nature that makes our whole family feel lucky to know him.
This year has been a big one for Liam. He’s reading like a champ, devouring books with excitement and confidence. He’s discovering how to regulate those big feelings, continuing to learn how to express them, and really starting to step into who he is. And perhaps the biggest shift of all—he’s officially over having his siblings tell him what to do. Liam is coming into his own, finding his voice, and making sure everyone knows that HE is in charge of himself now.
Of course, he’s still our silly, playful, full-of-life boy. He loves baseball and is always ready to grab his glove and get out on the field with his daddy. He cracks jokes, dances around, and keeps us all laughing with his endless energy.
Seven looks so good on him.
Liam, we love you more than words, Bubby! Watching you grow, seeing you step into yourself, and witnessing the kindness, strength, and joy that radiates from you is one of the greatest gifts of our lives.
